The Seller Policy at UBITO aims to ensure transparency, security, and high-quality standards for all sellers and customers on the platform. Compliance with this policy is essential to continue selling on UBITO. The policy outlines seller rights and obligations, service standards, and procedures for handling orders and issues.


1. Transparency & Integrity

  • Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information about products (descriptions, images, prices, condition).

  • It is strictly prohibited to list or sell products that violate laws or infringe intellectual property rights.

  • Product listings and store policies must be regularly updated to remain consistent with UBITO’s guidelines.


2. Order Management & Shipping

  • Sellers are required to process and prepare orders within the specified time frame and avoid shipping delays.

  • In case of shipping delays or delivery issues, the seller must immediately notify both customer support and the customer.

  • Sellers are responsible for securely packaging products to ensure they arrive in good condition.


3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Sellers must comply with UBITO’s approved return and exchange policy and clearly state any special exceptions on the product page.

  • If a customer receives a defective or incorrect product, the seller bears all shipping and return costs.

  • Return and exchange requests must be handled promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.


4. Pricing & Fees

  • Products must be priced fairly and transparently; price manipulation or collusion with other sellers is strictly forbidden.

  • Sellers are required to pay any fees or commissions specified in UBITO’s policies and may not attempt to evade them in any way.


5. Customer Service & Support

  • Sellers must respond to customer inquiries and complaints within a maximum of 24 business hours.

  • All customers must be treated with respect and professionalism under all circumstances.

  • Customer data confidentiality must be maintained and not used for any purpose outside order processing.


6. Store & Product Updates

  • Sellers are encouraged to add new products and regularly update their store.

  • If a store or products are not updated for 3 months, the account may be temporarily suspended until updates are made.


7. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

  • Sellers must comply with all local and international laws governing e-commerce, including taxes, consumer protection, and intellectual property rights.

  • In case of disputes, resolution should be attempted amicably first; if not possible, the matter will be referred to the relevant authorities as per applicable laws.


8. Policy Violations & Penalties

  • If any part of this policy is violated, UBITO management reserves the right to take appropriate actions such as warnings, account suspension, or permanent ban depending on the severity of the violation.

  • Repeated or deliberate violations will result in permanent removal from the platform.


9. Policy Updates

  • UBITO reserves the right to amend or update the Seller Policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of any significant changes via email or the seller dashboard.

  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes implicit acceptance of the new policies.
